What is Legend? Legend is the newest personal training program available at Morgan Fitness Belfast. It is the culmination of a decade of first hand experience training athletes mixed with the most effective science based strategies for muscle growth and fat loss. Expect to work harder than you ever thought you could.

Just starting?

Beginners are often forced to do boring, limited workouts that leave them disinterested and likely to fail. Not with Legend. Each stimulating workout is designed to get the most out of you regardless of fitness level.

Stuck in a rut?

Been training for years and noticed no gains recently? This is the program that will allow you to bust through those plateaus and level up your GAINS.

THE WORKOUTS

12 Weeks - 4 Phases

Phase 1: Weeks 1-3

Mobilization

Train your body to better mobilize fat and unlock your true range of motion. This preparation phase will set you on the path to the body of your dreams.

Phase 2: Weeks 4-6

Acceleration

Using your new found strength gains we ramp up the volume and introduce workout finishers. Maximising your muscle gain!

Phase 3: Weeks 7-9

Intensify

This is the active recovery phase. But there will be no slacking!! Prepare to be the strongest you have ever been as we drop the reps and up the weight.

Phase 4: Weeks 9-12

Morgains Phase

The Morgan Fitness Special. Nothing is held back in Phase 4. The hardest parts of all previous phases rolled into a Legendary 3 week block that will push you to the edge and then over it. Guaranteeing the best results you have ever seen.

The Legend program varies between 3-4 days per week 1 to 1 Personal training at Morgan Fitness Belfast with each workout lasting 60 minutes.

Yes!  If you did nothing but follow the Morgan Fitness Meal planning  alone, you would see considerable results.  Combine that with the scaled down versions of the workouts to ease your way into the training, and you will be well on your way to getting the physique you have long imagined!

The legend program costs between £400 – £600 / month.

The base program lasts 12 weeks with follow on programs that will last forever.
